This is a bugfix update with an extension on 2023.7

Fixed issue with software list not showing if there is an incomplete config file
Fixed issue with java command not being found due to some flags changing in the runner.
Fixed issue with MC java if you choose the wrong Java version, now it will not let you install the incorrect ones.
Fixed issue where the flag was not being passed onto the program itself.

Terraria has been added.
Vanilla Bedrock will now auto-update

MC proxies are updated to the latest version
Egg will not be forced to restart if you give an invalid input or choose a selection in the install menu.
You can now go back to the previous section when choosing a type of software.
API now supports IPv6
